Introducing TotalAssist

Beginning July 1, 2026, Patient Advocate Foundation will launch TotalAssist, the nation’s largest charitable patient assistance portfolio. TotalAssist brings together over 130 disease-specific and health equity funds into a flexible, patient-centered grant model that reflects real-world healthcare needs.

Where do I apply for help right now?

To manage your current grant, please visit your original organization and continue to use the same portal. To apply for financial assistance before July 1, we encourage you to apply at either organization if the fund you need is open.
